Burn fat by martial art training



Martial art training used to be perceived as a rough sport. Nowadays people has come to realised that you can use martial art training just to get in shape.

You do not need to fight or compete in the martial art you are training. Like most members in Elite Training Camp, getting in shape is just their main priority.

Here is a picture of our beloved member, Hansen. He has lost over 20kg in 2 months just by training Muay Thai.
He trains at least 4 times a week and controls his diet. He managed to lose a lot of his excess fat and improved his overall health.
Most importantly his looks rating definitely went up by a hundreds of points haha.
